Netgamers is one of the newer irc-networks who was founded with a dedication to Plantarion, a online webbased game. Today there are several other games who users netgamers network, who could be considered as a little-sister to QuakeNet.

Underworld linked into Netgamers in April 2006 with underworld.no.eu.netgamers.org, og have since linked and hosted some services, an american clientserver, quite a few hubs for the network.
